Welcome to the Center for Tutor Management and Development (CTMD), Open University Malaysia.

The Centre for Center for Tutor Management and Development (CTMD) is responsible for the overall management of tutors and facilitators, ensuring that they support OUM’s blended learning pedagogical approach.

The centre is responsible for:

  1. Recruitment and Appointment;

  2. Training and Development;

  3. Monitoring and Evaluation; and

  4. Re-appointment and Termination.
